My name is Carlvette McIver, and I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself and share a bit about my background and experience in the real estate industry.  I am a licensed Realtor with over 17 years of experience in the field as both a Lender and Real Estate agent DRE# 01436747 / NMLS# 387296. My journey in real estate began long before 2004 while growing up and living in Oakland, CA and serving as a homeless advocate, then licensed and relocating to San Bernardino County area. Since then, I have been helping countless clients achieve their real estate goals. Whether it is buying or selling a home, my number one priority is to exceed my clients' expectations by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing my years of experience to deliver successful results.

I pride myself on being an active listener and go beyond just being a real estate agent to make sure and understand my client's needs, wants, and goals in order to deliver a personalized experience and make each transaction as smooth as possible. For Buyers, I am with them from the beginning to the end and beyond, making sure their needs are met even after the transaction. For Sellers, my experience in bargaining helps me to obtain the maximum value, ensuring my clients get the most out of their investment.

Over the years, I have gained experience working in various areas of real estate, including the specialty of Foreclosure (REO) sales, investor sales/purchases, property preservation, assisting senior citizens transitioning to relocation, trusts and probate sales and high end luxury home sales. In addition to my professional achievements, I am also proud to be married for over 22 years with five adult children and twelve grandchildren. Outside of work, I actively serve as a board member for six years with the San Bernardino County Chapter American Red Cross and as a deployed volunteer to help those impacted by national disasters. It is my ultimate goal as a Realtor to provide my clients and partners with superior customer service and to exceed expectations from beginning to end- and beyond. I appreciate my clients trust in me and look forward to helping achieve and exceed real estate goals.
